Dr. Rosengarten Member of |
Dr. Elliott Rosengarten is an optometrist who has practiced optometry in Louisville for 25 years. He grew up in the Washington, D.C. suburbs of Bowie, Maryland. He graduated in the top 5% of his class from Bowie High School in 1973. He was in the National Honor Society and played varsity tennis for three years. He attended and graduated from the University of Maryland in College Park in 1977, earning a B.S degree in Zoology. Dr. Rosengarten then attended the University of Alabama in Birmingham's School of Optometry and received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1981. Dr. Rosengarten has been a member of the Board of Trustees and is a past president of Congregation Adath Jeshurun. He has been a youth group advisor and has helped coach youth soccer, baseball and basketball. He is currently a member of the American Optometric Association, Kentucky Optometric Association, Louisville Optometric Association, Kentucky Optometric Foundation, International Academy of Sports Vision and a charter member of the International Association of Online Optometrists. He currently serves on the Kentucky Optometric Association Board of Trustees as the Greater Louisville Optometric Society representative. |

Mandie Grim Mandie is a friendly and caring ophthalmic assistant. She will always do what she can to make sure our patients have a comfortable, relaxed visit and a complete, thorough examination every time you visit the office. She has learned many of the skills required of an ophthalmic assistant since her start in May, 2006. |

Brittany Hall Brittany has been in the ophthalmic field since 2004 and has some great experience. She is able to help in all areas of the practice with great intentions of giving each patient an enjoyable experience at our office. |

Sally Sally is the front office coordinator. Her attention to the flow of the office will allow you to receive the care you expect in a timely fashion. You will notice that you are in good hands when Sally works with you. Her positive attitude and organizational skills will assist you in securing an appointment and maximizing your insurance opportunities. Sally doesn’t forget a face and maintains strong friendly relationship. You can trust her for a pleasant experience at Dr. Rosengarten's office. |

Heather Heather is the Team Leader. Her goal is to maintain the team focused on serving the immediate needs of our patients. Heather’s experience in the practice allows her to support each department as the need arises. Heather will make sure that you progress through your visit in a timely manner. Her responsibility is to also ensure that the staff educates you in the services and products we provide. |

Steve Steve has been in the optical field for over 30 years, beginning with the original Southern Optical Company. He is meticulous in both frame selection and adjustment. You will appreciate the time he takes to help you see clearly with technology that is right for your prescription. He will ensure that your eyewear selection allows you to look and feel your very best. |

Gary Gary has been a licensed optician since 1964. He is an expert in lens fabrication. His knowledge, along with his workmanship with the most up to date lens technology, will not only ensure your selection of that perfect pair of eyewear, but will guarantee that the lenses are processed to the highest possible standards for the clearest, most comfortable vision possible. |

We will have you set up and ready upon arrival because all of our registration, financial, insurance, and medical records are computerized. Annual preventative vision and eye health examinations are important for all ages, from 1 to 101!
